In case the product is perishable or is a custom made non perishable product; neither Talash.com nor any of its enabling partners shall entertain any request of return or replacement of the product.
The customers are needed to lodge a complaint / returns request within 7 days of delivery of the product for the request to be considered and entertained. In this case, the item will be picked up by the vendor. If vendor doesn’t have Reverse Pick Up facility then you will be requested to send the same to Talash.com office. For such scenario, Talash.com shall provide you with an INR 100 voucher as reimbursement of the shipping charges and the inconvenience caused.
