Return / Refund Policy

Terms And Conditions in case of Non - Refundable Orders (For Rakhi Only)

  1. Orders delivered at the door will not be refunded.
  2. Orders delivered to neighbors/security guard/receptions/letterboxes will not be refunded.
  3. Order once processed will not be canceled and refunded
  4. The delivery of the Rakhi will be done as per the order placed by you.
  5. Order's refused by the recipient will not be refunded.
  6. Order dispatched through Speed Post of Registered Parcels will not be refunded.


Raise a return request within 7 days of item delivery for the following criteria.

  1. If you received a faulty or defective product.
  2. If you received a physically damaged product.
  3. If you are unhappy with the product quality.
  4. The product is different from description on the website.
  5. If the Size of the product is not proper OR Fitting issue.

 Not Eligible

  1. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
  2. If the product that have been worn/washed/used.
  3. If the product which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
  4. In case of Toys & Watches items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply.


 Terms & Conditions

  1. For all the perishable products like flowers, cakes, sweets, fruits etc. the delivery attempt would be executed only once.
  2. Any defects if found in the gifts (perishable products) should be immediately reported by either recipient or the sender within 24 hours of the gift (perishable products) received. In case of failing to do so, we will consider the gifts as used and so will not accept any request to replace the same.
  3. In case of return request If our logistic pickup facility is not available for that pincode then customer has to send that product to our office and he/she will be paid the currier charges (100Rs.)
  4. Items must be in their original condition.
  5. Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.
  6. Brand packaging should be intact.
  7. Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.
