Totally made out of high quality, polished stainless steel. The cooking takes place in the same container. So utilisation of steam is better and the cooking is faster. Outer Steam Container is out of Polycarbonate Plastic and a separate container is given for cooking. So utilisation is limited and the time for cooking gets extended.
Since it is all stainless steel, it is attractive, hygenic, easy to clean and maintain. So it is long lasting. Polycarbonate tends to de-colour after some use; it looses its lustre and starts cracking.
Since it is of double-walled construction, it has very efficient casserole effect and the cooked food remains warm for around 3 hours. The cooked food will not remain warm once the steamer gets switched-off.
Easily stackable with one more additional cooking vessel for simultaneous cooking The scope of adding additional vessels is limited.
