The exotic southern cuisines are prepared by cooks smuggled from Dakshin - Chennai & Cochin. The cuisines are standardized & modified to suit the Mumbaikar?s palates by Executive Chef Deepa Awchat.

• Culture Curry is a mini south India in Mumbai. The d?cor offers you glimpses of South like Kathakali masks, Wooden ceiling, Chatais, ?Stambhs? (pillars) with ?Deeyas?, antique wooden carvings & Tanjore paintings like in South Indian temples. Waiters are dressed in traditional Veshti with a background of Popular South Indian music. We also have Show Kitchen where you see preparation of Appams live & can be least assured of the hygienic conditions.
